Fullerton Express Car Wash

I should have gave this review a zero star but to start off I made a complaint on BBB, their rating is F on there by the way, I went to speak with the manager after looking at my car and how it was washed. I paid for a light car wash, and an extra package. I said I would like to have it re-washed. He was very rude and started saying no that my car was heavily soiled. I said I never used their car wash before I drive 30 min to a touchless car wash, he said oh you see that why why did I come here then ! what you mean this is local and wanted to try the service horrible horrible. He started to say something about bigmacs and refunding like trying to tell me how customer service works. I work in customer service all day everyday! Dont go here they are nasty dirty bad customer service.

A big Shout Out to Nolan, one of the employees working at this car wash. Nolan needs to be acknowledged for his friendliness, great work ethic and attitude. He was so friendly and professional during my visit to your car wash. He made sure I was happy with my wash and all things to use to make sure my car was as clean as could be and my visit was great. He said, "thank you" and things like that showing appreciation and respect to me as a customer. He was just so warm and friendly and wanting to be of assistance, which l really appreciate since it seems that nowadays customer service agents can be not so friendly or helpful. I just wish all customer service agents were like Nolan. Thank you Nolan and $5 Car Wash!

Hadn’t been back for a couple of years since my last car had its window and side mirror scratched here. Decided to try it again with my current car, but it too got some new battle marks. Try at your own risk, I won’t be going back. Vacuums work very well at least. Spend a little more elsewhere to avoid getting scratches if that’s important to you.

Get your car washed here at your own risk. I found this place about 6 months ago and have been through maybe 6 times. It did a decent job for the price. The last time I went through, the equipment put deep gashes into my front bumper. I brought it up to the manager and he told me that what happened is impossible, essentially gaslighting me and calling me a liar. I have to get the front end fixed now by a body shop and they are claiming they are not at fault. I’d go anywhere else but here, particularly because of the unprofessionalism by the staff.
